Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- ½ head Escarole Greens
Cajun Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- ½ tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Wash, dry and cut Romaine Lettuce and Escarole Greens into small pieces. Place on platter or salad bowl.
Cajun Vinaigrette
- Mix together Olive Oil, White Vinegar, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Cajun Seasoning, Sugar, Salt and Black Pepper.
- Pour vinaigrette over greens and toss.
