Greens w/ Cajun Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ head Escarole Greens

Cajun Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar
  • Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash, dry and cut Romaine Lettuce and Escarole Greens into small pieces. Place on platter or salad bowl.

Cajun Vinaigrette

  • Mix together Olive Oil, White Vinegar, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Cajun Seasoning, Sugar, Salt and Black Pepper.
  • Pour vinaigrette over greens and toss.
