Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon

Black Pepper
Instructions
Wash, dry and cut Romaine Lettuce and Escarole Greens into small pieces. Place on platter or salad bowl.
Cajun Vinaigrette
Mix together Olive Oil, White Vinegar, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Cajun Seasoning, Sugar, Salt and Black Pepper.
Pour vinaigrette over greens and toss.
