Ingredients
- Cherrystone Clams (quantity based on number of guests)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 Finely Diced Onion
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
- ¼ cup White Wine (or more if needed)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Chopped Flat Leave Parsley
- 2 tbsp Additional Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Instructions
- Clean and shuck Cherrystone Clams. Place meat back in half shell.
- Prepare filling. Sauté Olive Oil, Onion and Garlic for 4 minutes.
- Add Rough Chopped Clams, Breadcrumbs, Pecorino Romano Cheese, White Wine, Lemon Juice, Parsley, Additional Olive Oil and Crushed Black Pepper and blend.
- Top raw clams with filling packing gently.
- Bake in 350℉ oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and hot. Serve with lemon wedges.
