Chevre Crostini w/ Sundried Tomato & Pesto

Ingredients
Spread
- ½ cup Sundried Tomatoes (drain oil if in jar - if dried soak in warm water for 2-3 minutes first)
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil
- 8 oz Goat Cheese (chevre)
- 1 clove Garlic
- ¼ cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Crostini
- Baguette
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Pesto Sauce
Instructions
Spread
- In processor rough chop Sundried Tomatoes and then Basil, Goat Cheese (Chevre), Garlic, Mayonnaise and Black Pepper. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
Crostini
- Slice Baguette and brush with Olive Oil and rub with Garlic. Toast until golden.
- Place Chevre spread on crostini and dot with pesto sauce.
