Chevre Crostini w/ Sundried Tomato & Pesto

This is a delicate spread with great flavor.

Ingredients
  

Spread

  • ½ cup Sundried Tomatoes (drain oil if in jar - if dried soak in warm water for 2-3 minutes first)
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese (chevre)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ¼ cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Crostini

  • Baguette
  • Olive Oil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Pesto Sauce

Instructions
 

Spread

  • In processor rough chop Sundried Tomatoes and then Basil, Goat Cheese (Chevre), Garlic, Mayonnaise and Black Pepper. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.

Crostini

  • Slice Baguette and brush with Olive Oil and rub with Garlic. Toast until golden.
  • Place Chevre spread on crostini and dot with pesto sauce.
