Classic Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas (large can; drained and rinsed)
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • ΒΌ cup Tahini Paste
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in food processor and run until a thick, smooth paste is achieved. Taste to adjust seasoning.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with warm pita bread and chips.
