Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas (large can; drained and rinsed)
- Zest & Juice of One Lemon
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- ΒΌ cup Tahini Paste
- 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and run until a thick, smooth paste is achieved. Taste to adjust seasoning.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with warm pita bread and chips.
