White Bean Hummus

Another alternative to the classic chickpea hummus.

Course Condiment, Hors d'oeuvre

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Cannellini Beans (large can; drained)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Fresh Basil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon
  • ¼ cup Sundried Tomatoes (optional; or ½ cup roasted red peppers)

Instructions
 

  • In food processor place all ingredients and puree.
