Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Shrimps (21-26 ct for hors d'oeuvres)
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • Zest of One Lemon (or lime)
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Cilantro
  • 12 slices Bacon (cut in half to make 24 pieces)

Instructions
 

  • Clean and dry Shrimp. Cut Bacon in half to make 24 pieces.
  • Prepare dry rub. Mix together Old Bay Seasoning, Lemon Zest, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Dried Cilantro.
  • Dry rub shrimp and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Wrap each shrimp in one half piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick.
  • Place on baking sheet and place in 400℉ oven and roast for 10-12 minutes or until bacon is browned.
