Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon

Ingredients
- 24 Shrimps (21-26 ct for hors d'oeuvres)
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Zest of One Lemon (or lime)
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Cilantro
- 12 slices Bacon (cut in half to make 24 pieces)
Instructions
- Clean and dry Shrimp. Cut Bacon in half to make 24 pieces.
- Prepare dry rub. Mix together Old Bay Seasoning, Lemon Zest, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Dried Cilantro.
- Dry rub shrimp and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Wrap each shrimp in one half piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick.
- Place on baking sheet and place in 400℉ oven and roast for 10-12 minutes or until bacon is browned.
