Zest of One Lemon

(cut in half to make 24 pieces)
Instructions
Clean and dry Shrimp. Cut Bacon in half to make 24 pieces.
Prepare dry rub. Mix together Old Bay Seasoning, Lemon Zest, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Dried Cilantro.
Dry rub shrimp and let rest for 15 minutes.
Wrap each shrimp in one half piece of bacon. Secure with toothpick.
Place on baking sheet and place in 400℉ oven and roast for 10-12 minutes or until bacon is browned.
