Pumpkin Pie

A Thanksgiving tradition.

Ingredients
  

  • Pie Crust (prepared separately or store-bought)
  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree (large can)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Allspice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Maple Whipped Cream (prepared separately)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a Pie Crust or use a store-bought crust and blind bake until set and lightly golden.
  • Prepare filling. In mixing bowl place Pumpkin Puree, Eggs, Evaporated Milk, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice and Salt and blend well.
  • Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in a 350℉ oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set and slightly firm to touch.
  • Serve with a bowl of maple whipped cream.
