Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- Pie Crust (prepared separately or store-bought)
- 1 can Pumpkin Puree (large can)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Allspice
- 1 pinch Salt
- Maple Whipped Cream (prepared separately)
Instructions
- Prepare a Pie Crust or use a store-bought crust and blind bake until set and lightly golden.
- Prepare filling. In mixing bowl place Pumpkin Puree, Eggs, Evaporated Milk, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice and Salt and blend well.
- Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in a 350℉ oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set and slightly firm to touch.
- Serve with a bowl of maple whipped cream.
