Pecan Pie

Ingredients
  

  • Pie Crust (prepared separately)
  • 1 stick Melted Butter
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Corn Syrup (Karo)
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Bourbon
  • 2 cups Pecan Halves

Instructions
 

  • Place a Pie Crust into pie pan and flute edges.
  • In mixer blend Melted Butter, Sugar, Dark Brown Sugar, Light Corn Syrup (Karo), Eggs, Pure Vanilla Extract and Bourbon.
  • Remove bowl and by hand fold Pecan Halves into batter.
  • Pour batter into prepared crust and bake in a 350℉ oven for 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is dark and set.
