Ingredients
- Pie Crust (prepared separately)
- 1 stick Melted Butter
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Light Corn Syrup (Karo)
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Bourbon
- 2 cups Pecan Halves
Instructions
- Place a Pie Crust into pie pan and flute edges.
- In mixer blend Melted Butter, Sugar, Dark Brown Sugar, Light Corn Syrup (Karo), Eggs, Pure Vanilla Extract and Bourbon.
- Remove bowl and by hand fold Pecan Halves into batter.
- Pour batter into prepared crust and bake in a 350℉ oven for 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is dark and set.
