Garden Salad w/ Walnuts & Truffle Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

Garden Salad

  • 1 head Bibb Lettuce (washed, dried and cut)
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce (washed, dried and cut)
  • 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach (washed, dried and cut)
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber
  • 1 Shredded Carrot
  • ¼ cup Walnuts

Truffle Vinaigrette

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Truffle Oil
  • ¼ cup Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 Small Finely Diced Shallot
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

Garden Salad

  • Wash, dry and cut Bibb Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce and Fresh Baby Spinach.
  • Add Cucumber, Carrot and Walnuts.

Truffle Vinaigrette

  • Blend together Olive Oil, Truffle Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Shallot, Salt, Black Pepper and Sugar and pour over salad greens.
