Ingredients
Garden Salad
- 1 head Bibb Lettuce (washed, dried and cut)
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce (washed, dried and cut)
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach (washed, dried and cut)
- 1 Sliced Cucumber
- 1 Shredded Carrot
- ¼ cup Walnuts
Truffle Vinaigrette
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Truffle Oil
- ¼ cup Sherry Vinegar
- 1 Small Finely Diced Shallot
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Sugar
Instructions
Garden Salad
- Wash, dry and cut Bibb Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce and Fresh Baby Spinach.
- Add Cucumber, Carrot and Walnuts.
Truffle Vinaigrette
- Blend together Olive Oil, Truffle Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Shallot, Salt, Black Pepper and Sugar and pour over salad greens.
