Roasted Acorn Squash

Ingredients
- Acorn Squash (these lovely little squash are great)
- Olive Oil (coat squash)
- Salt (coat squash)
- Maple Syrup (or agave; coat squash)
- Brown Sugar (coat squash)
- 1 dash Cinnamon (coat squash)
Instructions
- Wash and cut Acorn Squash to into ring circles or half slices.
- Coat squash with Olive Oil, Salt, Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon.
- Place on parchment-lined sheet pan and roast in a 375℉ oven for 30-40 minutes or until browned and soft.
