Roasted Acorn Squash

Nothing is more delicious and healthy than grilled or roasted vegetables - not just in the summer but all year long.

Ingredients
  

  • Acorn Squash (these lovely little squash are great)
  • Olive Oil (coat squash)
  • Salt (coat squash)
  • Maple Syrup (or agave; coat squash)
  • Brown Sugar (coat squash)
  • 1 dash Cinnamon (coat squash)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut Acorn Squash to into ring circles or half slices.
  • Coat squash with Olive Oil, Salt, Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon.
  • Place on parchment-lined sheet pan and roast in a 375℉ oven for 30-40 minutes or until browned and soft.
