Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 Egg Yolks
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
- In saucepan place Heavy Cream, Milk, Cinnamon Stick and Sugar. Bring to a gentle boil and remove from heat.
- Quickly whisk into warm liquid Egg Yolks (that have been tempered with a little of the warm milk liquid) and Ground Cinnamon.
- Taste mixture for sweetness and adjust if needed. Place in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
