Chilled Jumbo Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Lemon (cut in half)
  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 lbs Shrimp (ΒΌ lb per guest)

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add Bay Leaves, Lemon, White Vinegar, Sugar and Old Bay Seasoning.
  • Add raw, cleaned and deveined shrimp and cook until pink outside and firm white inside. Or cook shrimp raw with shell on for seafood platters. Drain and rinse under cold water. Refrigerate until cold.
