Ingredients
- 6 cups Cooked White Rice (prepared separately; you can also use brown rice for a nuttier twist)
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
- ½ cup Diced Red Pepper
- ½ cup Macadamia Nuts
- ¼ ccup Peas
- 2 tbsp Chopped Pickled Ginger
- 2 tbsp Chopped Chives
Instructions
- Prepare White Rice and add Pineapple, Red Pepper, Macadamia Nuts, Peas, Pickled Ginger and Chives. Mix together and serve.
Notes
This can also be served room temperature or cold as a summer side dish.
