Horseradish Cream
This is a classic accompaniment to any steak meal but goes with many other dishes as well. It is a good staple to have on hand and it keeps well for a few weeks in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 2½ cups Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- 1½ cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Prepared Horseradish
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Blend together all ingredients and taste to adjust seasoning. Depending on how strong your horseradish is you might need a pinch more sugar or a touch more lemon juice. Taste it to make it your own.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before using.
