Horseradish Cream

This is a classic accompaniment to any steak meal but goes with many other dishes as well. It is a good staple to have on hand and it keeps well for a few weeks in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
  

  • cups Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • cups Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients and taste to adjust seasoning. Depending on how strong your horseradish is you might need a pinch more sugar or a touch more lemon juice. Taste it to make it your own.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours before using.
