Petit Grilled Beemster & Black Forest Ham Sandwiches
These grilled cheese sandwich hors d'oeuvres are so delicious whether paired with a chilled champagne or a great beer.
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise (1 tsp per sandwich)
- Dijon Mustard (½ tsp per sandwich)
- Black Forest Ham (1-2 slices per sandwich)
- Beemster Cheese (or Swiss or cheddar; 1-2 slices per sandwich)
- Butter
Instructions
- On a bread of your choice spread the inside of the bread with Mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard.
- Place Black Forest Ham and Beemster Cheese on one side then cover.
- Slightly butter the outside of the breads. Place on a hot grill and toast until golden and cheese is melted.
- Cut into bite size pieces for hors d'oeuvres or in half for a great lunch.
