Olive Tapenade on Ciabatta Fingers

This chopped olive spread is a quick and very tasty hors d'oeuvre.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mixed Olives (pitted - black Sicilian, green Spanish, kalamata)
  • ¼ cup Capers
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil
  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Ciabatta Bread (or crackers, flatbreads & crusty breads)

Instructions
 

  • In processor place Olives, Capers, Garlic, Onion, Olive Oil, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Parsley Flakes, Basil and Red Pepper Flakes. Pulse to rough chop.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with ciabatta fingers, crackers, flatbreads and crusty breads. It is also great next to a selection of cheeses.
