Olive Tapenade on Ciabatta Fingers
This chopped olive spread is a quick and very tasty hors d'oeuvre.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed Olives (pitted - black Sicilian, green Spanish, kalamata)
- ¼ cup Capers
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Small Onion
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Zest & Juice of One Lemon
- 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil
- ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- Ciabatta Bread (or crackers, flatbreads & crusty breads)
Instructions
- In processor place Olives, Capers, Garlic, Onion, Olive Oil, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Parsley Flakes, Basil and Red Pepper Flakes. Pulse to rough chop.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with ciabatta fingers, crackers, flatbreads and crusty breads. It is also great next to a selection of cheeses.
