Ingredients
- cup Fresh Cilantro
- Zest & Juice of Two Limes
- 1 Small Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- Shrimp (21-26 ct for hors d'oeuvres; u16 count if using on a salad or entrée)
Instructions
- In processor blend Cilantro, Limes, Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper.
- Clean, wash and de-vein Shrimp. Toss shrimp with cilantro marinade and let rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Place shrimp on hot grill pan with a little olive oil. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
- Place on salad. Serve with tropical rice pilaf. Or place on platter lined with sliced lemons.
