Black Bean Hummus w/ Pita Chips

This is a fun change from the classic chickpea hummus.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Black Beans (large can - drained)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Cumin
  • Zest & Juice of Two Limes
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • Crackers, Pita Crisps, Crudités

Instructions
 

  • In food processor place Black Beans, Olive Oil, Fresh Cilantro, Garlic, Cumin, Lime Zest and Lime Juice, Salt and Black Pepper and puree.
  • Serve with crackers, pita crisps and crudités.
