Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans (large can - drained)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Cumin
- Zest & Juice of Two Limes
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- Crackers, Pita Crisps, Crudités
Instructions
- In food processor place Black Beans, Olive Oil, Fresh Cilantro, Garlic, Cumin, Lime Zest and Lime Juice, Salt and Black Pepper and puree.
- Serve with crackers, pita crisps and crudités.
