Black Bean Hummus w/ Pita Chips
This is a fun change from the classic chickpea hummus.

- 1 can Black Beans (large can - drained)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Cumin
- Zest & Juice of Two Limes
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- Crackers, Pita Crisps, Crudités
In food processor place Black Beans, Olive Oil, Fresh Cilantro, Garlic, Cumin, Lime Zest and Lime Juice, Salt and Black Pepper and puree.
Serve with crackers, pita crisps and crudités.
