Ingredients
- Rib-eye Steak - thinly sliced (about ¼-½ lb per person) (you can also use boneless prime rib)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- Zest & Juice of Two Oranges
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions
- Prepare marinade and mix Olive Oil, Orange Zest & Juice, Sriracha, Garlic and Honey. Marinate Beef for 2-3 hours.
- Place marinated beef in hot wok with Cooking Oil. Cook beef for 2-3 minutes stirring quickly. Serve over rice.
