Orange Beef

Ingredients
  

  • Rib-eye Steak - thinly sliced (about ¼-½ lb per person) (you can also use boneless prime rib)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • Zest & Juice of Two Oranges
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • Prepare marinade and mix Olive Oil, Orange Zest & Juice, Sriracha, Garlic and Honey. Marinate Beef for 2-3 hours.
  • Place marinated beef in hot wok with Cooking Oil. Cook beef for 2-3 minutes stirring quickly. Serve over rice.
