White Chocolate & Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 stick Softened Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Corn Oil
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¾ cup White Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
Instructions
- Cream Butter, Sugar and Pure Vanilla Extract.
- When smooth add Eggs and Corn Oil and mix well.
- In separate bowl sift together Flour, Baking Soda and Salt.
- Slowly add flour mixture to sugar mixture then add White Chocolate Morsels and Dried Cranberries and blend well. Let chill 20-30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a 350℉ oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
