
Cod in Onion Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ stick Butter
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- 3 Large Thinly Sliced Onions
- Zest & Juice of One Lemon
- ¼ cup White Wine
- ½ cup Hot Water
- ½ cup Catsup
- 3-4 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 2-3 lbs Cod (cut into 3" cubes)
Instructions
- In sauté pan place Butter, Olive Oil, Garlic and Onions. When onions are translucent add Lemon Zest & Juice, White Wine, Hot Water, Catsup and Hot Sauce.
- When sauce starts to thicken and onions are soft add Cod. Cook covered for 4-5 minutes. Add a little water if sauce is too thick.
