Roasted Yukon Gold Potato Wedges
Old fashioned goodness. Not only delicious but also healthy with either white or sweet potatoes.

Ingredients
- 5 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- ½ tbsp Onion Powder
Instructions
- Peel, wash and cut Potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder.
- Line sheet pan with single layer and spaced wedges.
- Bake in a 400℉ oven for 10-15 minutes then turn and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes or until tender.
- Serve with catsup.
