Roasted Yukon Gold Potato Wedges

Old fashioned goodness. Not only delicious but also healthy with either white or sweet potatoes.

Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 40 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 5 lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tbsp Onion Powder

Instructions
 

  • Peel, wash and cut Potatoes into wedges.
  • Toss wedges with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder.
  • Line sheet pan with single layer and spaced wedges.
  • Bake in a 400℉ oven for 10-15 minutes then turn and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes or until tender.
  • Serve with catsup.
