Yukon Gold Potatoes
¼
cup
Olive Oil
2
tbsp
Kosher Salt
1
tbsp
Black Pepper
½
tbsp
Onion Powder
Instructions
Peel, wash and cut Potatoes into wedges.
Toss wedges with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder.
Line sheet pan with single layer and spaced wedges.
Bake in a 400℉ oven for 10-15 minutes then turn and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes or until tender.
Serve with catsup.
