Maple-glazed Bacon & Breakfast Sausages
I love thick-sliced applewood smoked bacon for this and use your favorite breakfast sausages.

Ingredients
Maple-glazed Bacon
- 2 lbs Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
- ½ tsp Pure Maple Syrup
- Sprinkle of Onion Powder
- Sprinkle of Brown Sugar
Breakfast Sausages
- 16 Sausages (your favorite brand)
- ¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
Maple-glazed Bacon
- Place bacon on parchment lined sheet pan in single layer strips.
- Brush each strip with maple syrup.
- Sprinkle coated bacon with onion powder and brown sugar.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 375℉ or until bacon is golden brown and bubbly.
Breakfast Sausages
- Toss breakfast sausages in maple syrup, onion powder, black pepper.
- Place on baking pan and roast in oven for 20-25 minutes at 350℉ or until brown and cooked through.
