Maple-glazed Bacon & Breakfast Sausages

I love thick-sliced applewood smoked bacon for this and use your favorite breakfast sausages.

Ingredients
  

Maple-glazed Bacon

  • 2 lbs Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • ½ tsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • Sprinkle of Onion Powder
  • Sprinkle of Brown Sugar

Breakfast Sausages

  • 16 Sausages (your favorite brand)
  • ¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

Maple-glazed Bacon

  • Place bacon on parchment lined sheet pan in single layer strips.
  • Brush each strip with maple syrup.
  • Sprinkle coated bacon with onion powder and brown sugar.
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 375℉ or until bacon is golden brown and bubbly.

Breakfast Sausages

  • Toss breakfast sausages in maple syrup, onion powder, black pepper.
  • Place on baking pan and roast in oven for 20-25 minutes at 350℉ or until brown and cooked through.
