Apple Gratin

Ingredients
  

  • 4-6 Apples
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • Butter (for casserole dish)
  • Breadcrumbs (for casserole dish)
  • Olive Oil (a drizzle)
  • ½ cup Grated Gruyere Cheese
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • Peel, wash, core and slice Apples.
  • Place apples in bowl and add Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper and Onion Powder. Toss well.
  • Butter and Breadcrumb a baking or casserole dish and pour in apple mixture.
  • Drizzle with a little Olive Oil and sprinkle Grated Gruyere Cheese and Heavy Cream on top.
  • Bake in a 350℉ oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
