Tri-colored Salad w/ Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Red Radicchio
  • 1 head Belgian Endive
  • 1 bunch Arugula (small bunch)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Pitted Black Sicilian Olives
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze

Instructions
 

  • Clean and dry Red Radicchio, Belgian Endive and Arugula.
  • Place lettuces on serving platter. Sprinkle with Olive Oil, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Olives and Balsamic Glaze.
