Ingredients
- 1 head Red Radicchio
- 1 head Belgian Endive
- 1 bunch Arugula (small bunch)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Zest & Juice of One Lemon
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Pitted Black Sicilian Olives
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
- Clean and dry Red Radicchio, Belgian Endive and Arugula.
- Place lettuces on serving platter. Sprinkle with Olive Oil, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Olives and Balsamic Glaze.
