- Prepared & Sliced Filet Mignon (slice to size of sliced baguette; also can use boneless rib-eye)
- Prepared Béarnaise Cream (prepared separately)
- Toasted Baguette (sliced into rounds)
- Pesto Sauce (prepared separately)
Instructions
- Place Bearnaise Cream on Toasted Baguette and place a slice of Filet Mignon on top with an optional dollop of Pesto Sauce.
