Ingredients
  

  • Prepared & Sliced Filet Mignon (slice to size of sliced baguette; also can use boneless rib-eye)
  • Prepared Béarnaise Cream (prepared separately)
  • Toasted Baguette (sliced into rounds)
  • Pesto Sauce (prepared separately)

Instructions
 

  • Place Bearnaise Cream on Toasted Baguette and place a slice of Filet Mignon on top with an optional dollop of Pesto Sauce.
