- Rib-eye Steaks (quantity based on number of guests)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Generously salt and pepper both sides of steaks.
- Place on hot grill for approximately 4-6 minutes per side depending on thickness and desired doneness of steak.
- Serve with caramelized onions and a good dollop of horseradish cream.
