This is such a great cut of meat. Tender and super juicy, it needs very little to be a success.

Ingredients
  

  • Rib-eye Steaks (quantity based on number of guests)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Generously salt and pepper both sides of steaks.
  • Place on hot grill for approximately 4-6 minutes per side depending on thickness and desired doneness of steak.
  • Serve with caramelized onions and a good dollop of horseradish cream.
