This is such a great cut of meat. Tender and super juicy, it needs very little to be a success.

- Rib-eye Steaks (quantity based on number of guests)
- Salt
- Pepper
Generously salt and pepper both sides of steaks.
Place on hot grill for approximately 4-6 minutes per side depending on thickness and desired doneness of steak.
Serve with caramelized onions and a good dollop of horseradish cream.
