Fresh Fruit Platter

This is such a beautiful way to add color to any brunch - and it's healthy too.

Ingredients
  

  • Watermelon (suggestion)
  • Pineapple (suggestion)
  • Honeydew (suggestion)
  • Cantaloupe (suggestion)
  • Seedless Red & Green Grapes (suggestion)
  • Strawberries (suggestion)

Instructions
 

  • Select your preferred fruits. I've included suggestions in the ingredient list as well.
  • Wash, peel (where appropriate) and slice your preferred fruits. You can use a melon baller and make round scoops of fruit or cut the fruit into small pieces.
  • Arrange on a large platter using colors and textures as a guide.
