Garden Salad w/ Walnuts & Cranberries - Lemon Vinaigrette

The Lemon Vinaigrette is a perfect light dressing for any salad.

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 1 head Bibb Lettuce
  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1-2 Sliced Apples
  • ½ cup Dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Walnuts

Lemon Vinaigrette

  • Zest & Juice of Two Lemons
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil (or more if needed)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

Salad

  • Wash, dry and cut Bibb Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce and Baby Spinach. Place in bowl and add Apple, Cranberries and Walnuts. Toss with your favorite salad dressing. For this salad a simple lemon vinaigrette is great.

Lemon Vinaigrette

  • Whisk together Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper and Sugar. Pour over salad or serve on the side.

Notes

For a creamier dressing blend in 1-2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard.
