Garden Salad w/ Walnuts & Cranberries - Lemon Vinaigrette
The Lemon Vinaigrette is a perfect light dressing for any salad.

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 head Bibb Lettuce
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1-2 Sliced Apples
- ½ cup Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cup Walnuts
Lemon Vinaigrette
- Zest & Juice of Two Lemons
- ¼ cup Olive Oil (or more if needed)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- 1 pinch Sugar
Instructions
Salad
- Wash, dry and cut Bibb Lettuce, Romaine Lettuce and Baby Spinach. Place in bowl and add Apple, Cranberries and Walnuts. Toss with your favorite salad dressing. For this salad a simple lemon vinaigrette is great.
Lemon Vinaigrette
- Whisk together Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper and Sugar. Pour over salad or serve on the side.
Notes
For a creamier dressing blend in 1-2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard.
