Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- Zest & Juice of Two Lemons
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- In mixer place Heavy Cream, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Salt and Sugar. Whip until cream just starts to take form. Don't over beat - you want this to be more of a sauce than a whipped cream.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
