Clotted Cream

A wonderful accompaniment to scones.

Refrigeration Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • Zest & Juice of Two Lemons
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • In mixer place Heavy Cream, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, Salt and Sugar. Whip until cream just starts to take form. Don't over beat - you want this to be more of a sauce than a whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
