Caramelized Onions

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Thinly Sliced Onions (vidalia onions work great here but any onion will do)
  • 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Sauté Onions, Olive Oil and Sugar. Cook until onions are caramelized - about 12-15 minutes.
