Louisiana Crab Salad

Ingredients
Cook Fish
- 10 lbs King Crab Legs
- 3-5 lbs Crawfish
- 1 can Beer
- 4 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Fresh Lemon
Mixing Bowl
- 1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp Horseradish
- ¼ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 4 stalks Diced Celery
Instructions
Cook Fish
- In a large stock pot place King Crab Legs and Crawfish and cover with cold water. Add Beer, Old Bay Seasoning, Cayenne Pepper and Lemon.
- Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Cover pot and rest for 5 minutes. Reserve ¼ cup of boiling liquid and then drain fish. Take shells off crawfish and crack king crabs to remove meat.
Mixing Bowl
- Place meat in a mixing bowl and add Mayonnaise, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Old Bay Seasoning, Lemon Juice, Cayenne Pepper, Horseradish, Black Pepper and Diced Celery.
- Blend well and chill until ready to serve.
