Ingredients
- 3 lbs Flank Steak
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Zest & Juice of Two Limes
Blackening Dry Rub
- 3 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Dried Thyme
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Clean and trim Flank Steak. Marinate at least 3 minutes in Olive Oil and Lemon Zest & Lemon Juice.
Blackening Dry Rub
- In mixing bowl place Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Oregano, Thyme, Cayenne Pepper, Salt and Pepper and mix well.
- Coat marinated meat with dry rub and let rest for 20 minutes.
- Place meat on hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with fresh lime wedges.
