Andouille Sausage Bites
This spicy Louisianan sausage is so full of flavor and makes a great hors d'oeuvre. If using cured sausage follow recipe and place in 400℉ oven for 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly before serving. If using raw sausage pan-fry for 5-6 minutes on each side or in a 400℉ oven for 15-20 minutes before marinating then follow recipe.

Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs Andouille Sausage (cut into 1" chunks)
- 1 can Beer
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Cut Sausages into 1" chunks and place in a bowl with Beer, Olive Oil, Old Bay Seasoning, Brown Sugar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Black Pepper.
- Cover and let sausage marinate for 1-2 hours before finishing cooking.
- This treat is great cooked on a hot grill or grill pan turning often until sausages are browned and sticky - about 10-15 minutes. Or baked in a 400℉ oven for 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly before serving.
