Creamy Vidalia Onions

Ingredients
- 3-4 Large Vidalia Onions
- ½ stick Butter
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Flour
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp White Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice Vidalia Onions.
- Place Butter and Olive Oil in a saucepan. When butter is melted, add sliced onions and cook on low heat until soft, tender and translucent. Then add Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add Heavy Cream, Salt, White Pepper and cook until sauce thickens and coats onions nicely.
