Tiramisu

A creamy delicious Italian classic dessert.

Ingredients
  

Mascarpone

  • 2 cups Mascarpone Cheese
  • 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Sugar

Whipped Cream

  • ½ qt Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coffee Liqueur

Final Preparation

  • 2 cups Strong Black Coffee (you can use instant espresso if you want)
  • Soft Lady Fingers (if you use hard lady fingers let them soak in the coffee for 1 minute)
  • Cocoa Powder (to dust)

Instructions
 

Mascarpone

  • Blend together Mascarpone Cheese, Softened Cream Cheese, Pure Vanilla Extract and Sugar.

Whipped Cream

  • Whip Heavy Cream, Sugar and Coffee Liqueur to peak state.

Final Preparation

  • Make 2 cups of Strong Black Coffee (you can use instant espresso if you want).
  • Line deep pan or spring form pan with Soft Lady Fingers (if you use hard lady fingers let them soak in the coffee for 1 minute).
  • Brush lady fingers with coffee then spread a layer of mascarpone and top with another layer of lady fingers and brush with coffee. Repeat until all mascarpone is used and top with whipped cream and dust with Cocoa Powder.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 hours to set.
