Guacamole My Way

A spread - dip - topping from the Gods. It is not only delicious but a very healthy form of good fat.

Course Condiment

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Avocados (ripe but not mushy)
  • 1 Finely Diced Onion (you can use a red onion here if you like)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 Finely Diced Jalapeño (optional; the seeds determine the amount of heat you like)

Instructions
 

  • Split Avocados in half - remove pit (reserve one pit for storing) - score in both directions and scoop out with spoon into mixing bowl.
  • Add Onion, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Hot Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper and optional Jalapeño.
  • Blend and add the reserved pit (to maintain color) cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Unfortunately, this treasure only lasts about one day so make it often and make it fresh. 
Tailgate Party Creative Display
For a creative display you can use a rectangular tub to hold the guacamole to represent the field and use pretzel sticks to make goal posts.
