Ingredients
- 4 Large Pipe Tomatoes (washed and cut into wedges)
- 2 Seedless Cucumbers (washed and sliced into rounds)
- 1 Medium Red Onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ lb Cubed Feta Cheese
- ½ cup Black Greek Olives
- 1 pinch Dried Oregano
- Fresh Basil (optional addition)
- Fresh Dill (optional addition)
Instructions
- Toss Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Red Onion in bowl and salt & pepper to taste.
- Add Olive Oil, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Feta Cheese, Olives, Oregano and optional Basil and Dill. Toss and serve.
