Hot Onions
These onions are great on just about anything but are a must have at any BBQ.
Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Thinly Sliced Onions
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- ½ cup Hot Water
- ½ cup Catsup
- ¼ cup Frank's Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Sauté Butter, Olive Oil, Onions and Garlic.
- When onions are soft and translucent (not browned) add Hot Water, Catsup and Frank's Hot Sauce. Cook 3-5 more minutes until sauce thickens a bit.
