Ginger Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • Shrimp (21-26 ct - about ½ lb per person)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Pickled Ginger (sushi ginger)
  • Zest & Juice of One Lemon
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice

Instructions
 

  • Clean, de-vein and rinse Shrimp.
  • Mix Olive Oil, Garlic, Pickled Ginger, Lemon Zest & Juice and Chinese 5-spice and marinate shrimp for at least 30 minutes.
  • Toss in sauté pan or hot oiled wok and stir fry 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is pink outside and white inside. Garnish with a little fresh chopped parsley and lemon.
