Ingredients
- Shrimp (21-26 ct - about ½ lb per person)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 3 tbsp Chopped Pickled Ginger (sushi ginger)
- Zest & Juice of One Lemon
- 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice
Instructions
- Clean, de-vein and rinse Shrimp.
- Mix Olive Oil, Garlic, Pickled Ginger, Lemon Zest & Juice and Chinese 5-spice and marinate shrimp for at least 30 minutes.
- Toss in sauté pan or hot oiled wok and stir fry 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is pink outside and white inside. Garnish with a little fresh chopped parsley and lemon.
