Mini Pecan-Raisin Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • Brioche Dough (prepared separately)
  • ½ stick Melted Butter
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • ½ stick Additional Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Make Brioche Dough (prepared separately). Roll rested and raised dough on floured surface to a large rectangle. Brush with Melted Butter.
  • Mix together Brown Sugar, Pecans, Raisins, Cinnamon and Sugar.
  • Spread half sugar/nut mixture over buttered dough. Roll long end up to make a log. Cut log into 1¼" slices.
  • To remaining sugar/nut mixture add Additional Melted Butter. Mix well.
  • Place a spoonful of mixture into a sprayed muffin pan. Place a slice of the rolled dough into each muffin pan space. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Bake in 350℉ oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
