Mini Pecan-Raisin Rolls

Ingredients
- Brioche Dough (prepared separately)
- ½ stick Melted Butter
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- ½ cup Raisins
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Sugar
- ½ stick Additional Melted Butter
Instructions
- Make Brioche Dough (prepared separately). Roll rested and raised dough on floured surface to a large rectangle. Brush with Melted Butter.
- Mix together Brown Sugar, Pecans, Raisins, Cinnamon and Sugar.
- Spread half sugar/nut mixture over buttered dough. Roll long end up to make a log. Cut log into 1¼" slices.
- To remaining sugar/nut mixture add Additional Melted Butter. Mix well.
- Place a spoonful of mixture into a sprayed muffin pan. Place a slice of the rolled dough into each muffin pan space. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake in 350℉ oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
