Ingredients
Endives
- 8 Endives
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Onion - thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
Instructions
Endives
- Clean, trim and thinly slice Endives and soak in cold water and add Salt and Lemon Juice.
- Sauté Onion and Olive Oil. When onions are soft add endives and sauté 3-4 minutes.
Vinaigrette
- Mix together Olive Oil Lemon Juice, White Balsamic Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar and Dijon Mustard.
Serve
- Place Endives on platter and drizzle with Vinaigrette.
