Chicken Stock(use the gelatinous chicken stock for this soup)

Wontons
Saute Canola Oil, Pork, Onion, Garlic and Ginger. Cook until pork is browned (about 10-12 minutes). Let cool then add Egg Whites and blend.
Brush Wonton Wrapper with water and place 1-2 tsp pork filling in center. Fold in half on the diamond then fold the two ends into the center point and gently press to close.
Heat Chicken Stock and drop wontons in to cook. When wontons float to top they are cooked.
