(prepared separately; you can also use brown rice for a nuttier twist)

Diced Red Pepper

Macadamia Nuts

Instructions
Prepare White Rice and add Pineapple, Red Pepper, Macadamia Nuts, Peas, Pickled Ginger and Chives. Mix together and serve.
Notes
This can also be served room temperature or cold as a summer side dish.
